概述：Overview: 陶瓷過濾板為陶瓷真空過濾機的核心部件，其作為陶瓷過濾 機的過濾介質(zhì)是20世紀(jì)以來的一次革命性突破，對傳統(tǒng)過濾 機有較強的替代性。 TT系列陶瓷板產(chǎn)品分為白剛玉、棕剛玉二大類。產(chǎn)品骨架原 料采用Al2O3，添加部分無機粘結(jié)劑和成孔劑，采用500T干 壓成型經(jīng)精密加工后，采用好的工藝噴涂具有微米孔徑的氧 化鋁膜面，經(jīng)1500～1800℃二次燒結(jié)成具有雙面過濾層的 耐壓可達(dá)8bard的多孔陶瓷板。 

Ceramic filter plates are the core components of ceramic vacuum filters. As the filtering  medium for ceramic filters, they have been a revolutionary breakthrough since the 20th  century and have a strong substitutability for traditional filters. TT series ceramic plate products are divided into two categories: white corundum and brown corundum. The skeleton material of the product is Al2O3, with some inorganic binders and  pore forming agents added. After adopting 500T dry pressure molding and precision  processing, advanced technology is used to spray the surface of aluminum oxide film with  micrometer pore diameter. After secondary sintering at 1500~1800 ℃, a porous ceramic  plate with a double sided filter layer and a pressure resistance of up to 8 barg is formed.

工作原理：working principle:

由于這種多孔材料含有無數(shù)其微小的毛細(xì)管，能夠產(chǎn)生毛細(xì)作用。在過濾過程中由于其毛細(xì)管力作用，在整個過程中只有水能通過濾板，而空氣始終不能通過，從而完成過濾任務(wù)，真空度可達(dá)到-0.097Mpa以上。對真空泵抽氣量要求比較低。 Because this porous material contains countless extremely small capillaries, it can produce capillary action. During the filtration process, due to its capillary force, only water can pass through the filter plate during the entire process, while air cannot pass through all the time, thus completing the filtration task. The vacuum degree can reach above -0.097Mpa. Extremely low requirements for vacuum pump pumping capacity.

2、成孔率高，產(chǎn)能大；過濾精度高，真空能耗低；材質(zhì)精細(xì)，可塑性強，現(xiàn)已研發(fā)使用膠粘復(fù)合板和整體壓制一體板兩種工藝。

3、再生方法多，可使用高溫高壓，有機溶劑等清洗，再生效果好，使用壽命大大延長。
